美国今天告诉联合国安全理事会，总统川普已经表明，他希望8月8日前达成结束俄罗斯和乌克兰战争的协议。
路透报导，美国资深外交官凯利（John Kelley）对有15个成员国的安理会说：「俄罗斯和乌克兰都必须就停火和持久和平进行谈判。该是达成协议的时候了。总统川普已经明确表示，这必须于8月8日前完成。美国准备好实施更多措施来确保和平。」
