阿拉斯加突发洪灾 浸没街道房屋政府吁撤离

美国阿拉斯加州首府朱诺（Juneau）上游一个冰湖8月13日决堤引发洪灾，当地政府呼吁居民撤离，洪水浸没部份街道与房屋，暂未接获重大伤亡或损伤报案。洪水在当日稍晚退去，部份居民可返回，不过仍有地区被关闭，解封时间另行通知。
包括ABC在内美媒报道，朱诺附近的河流水位因冰湖决堤而上涨进而氾滥，在周三上午7时就上涨到最高峰约5.9米的警戒水位。

美国气象局指出，这水位超越去年纪录，并有发布洪水预警，还强调这个位于冰川附近的冰湖每年都会决堤，当地官员则表示，由于冰湖向下游排放雨水以及融化的雪水，朱诺因此面临洪灾风险。
有关部门指出，儘管发生严重洪水，但今年早前建造的防洪堤坝保护市民免受洪灾侵犯，市行政长官Katie Koester表示，防洪工程有效，倘无堤坝保护，洪水将浸没成百上千的房屋。
美国地质调查局（USGS）也发布闭路电视录像，其中可见冰湖水面上的冰块，因水位上涨而逐渐抬高，直至决堤。
