如果经费这么充裕，为什么不是直接降低学费呢？ 这样更多的人是觉得交学费入学，反正是挑优秀的学生录取

Must look at the family incomes of the students they accept. If two students have the same qualifications, do they accept the one with higher or lower family income? Increasing tuition fees and accepting more students with high family incomes would make the school richer and richer. Good strategy.

“家庭年收入低于15万 免费入学“，小便，搞清楚才好写这标题，不要误人做梦。学校能给部分助学金（不是奖学金）已经不错了。免费入学？开玩笑。
