多伦多大学获加拿大最佳雇主荣誉称号

2012年4月3日，多伦多大学（U of T）校园网站消息：

多伦多大学获2012年“加拿大最佳雇主100强”荣誉称号。此外，多伦多大学连续7年被麦祈连周刊（《Maclean's》）评为“加拿大最佳医学与博士课程类高等学府”。

“加拿大最佳雇主100强（Canada's Top 100 Employers）”评选已经连续进行12年（自2001年），主要评选能够领导企业发展，给员工提供极其优越工作条件和待遇的雇主，评选结果由the globe and mail以特刊形式出版。具体的评选标准有：1）工作环境；2）工作氛围；3）健康、金钱&家庭受益；4）假期；5）员工之间的沟通；6）绩效管理；7）技能&培训发展；8）社区活动参与。
