这些皮肤病是不传染:
1、过敏性皮肤病:像皮炎、湿疹一大类,属于自身皮肤敏感或者过敏,非常瘙痒,会出现丘疹、水疱、糜烂、抓破、肥厚等,看着非常可怕,但是不会传染。
2、色素性皮肤病:像白癜风、黄褐斑,影响美观,但不会传染。
3、皮脂腺、红斑鳞屑性疾病:如痤疮、银屑病、玫瑰糠疹等不会传染。
4、自身免疫性疾病:红斑狼疮、天疱疮、血管炎等。
哪些皮肤病具有传染性?
1、病毒性皮肤病:如常见的单纯疱疹(上火)、水痘、带状疱疹;各种疣(寻常疣、扁平疣等)、麻疹、风疹、传染性软疣、手足口病、口蹄疫等,可通过直接接触或呼吸道传播。
2、细菌性皮肤病:如胶疮疮、麻风、皮肤结核等均可通过接触而传染。儿童卫生不做好最易患脓疱疮,直接或者间接都可传染;
3、真菌性皮肤病:这是一类常见病,由各种真菌感染引起,如头癣、手癣(鹅掌风)、足癣(脚气)、甲癣(灰指甲)、体股癣、花斑癣(汗斑)等可通过公共用具、衣物、鞋袜、浴具传染,如头癣可通过理发用具相互传染、手足癣可通过鞋袜传播。
4、性传播疾病:不用说,这类疾病绝对传染,淋病、梅毒、艾滋病等都可通过性行为而传播。
5、其他:由疥螨引起的疥疮、虱子引起的各种虱病(头虱、阴虱和体虱等)都具有很强的传染性。
皮肤病的传染方式:直接接触传染和间接接触传染
直接接触传染:是通过直接接触病人或患病动物的皮肤、血液、体液和分泌物(如痰液、粪便、唾液、尿液、渗出液等)而传染;
间接接触传染:是通过接触病人的用具(如餐具、衣帽、被褥、洗漱用品、鞋帽、毛巾等)而传染。
皮肤病并非接触后就一定会被传染,这是因为人体具有一定免疫力。当免疫力下降时,如在体弱、慢性疾病期、长期使用免疫抑制剂及激素、肿瘤等条件下,被传染的机会则会大大增加。
