这不是忽悠 人，你真的可以在电脑上打免费电话，包括省内省际长途，甚至国际长途！
很简单的步骤：
1.在浏览器地址输入http://evaphone.com
2. 页面显示后是不是出现了一个个数字按钮，如图：
     在中间左上方找出“China”这一项（因为你是要打中国的电话，你要是打外国的我也没话说...）
3. 而后就在上方填写你要拨打的手机号码或座机号（前面的86不要消去、座机号前要加区号），点击“拨打”按钮后，会出现10秒广告，不必理会，稍后电话通 了...哈哈，跟你爱的人畅谈吧！绝对免费！

在德国上月我试过几次打国内，不过要等到下月电话账单才知道结果。。。。小心为好！
