that thing is very thin, easily fit in a carry-on suit case, but...
i don't think i would be arrested for that but custom might slap me with fines and taxes, i would be the person swallow that...
i brought some wines from south africa (more than 1 decade ago) and here slapped me with taxes, i ended up paying the taxes...

在新法出来之前
分明犯了欺骗之罪——
明明不是自用
却冒充私人用品以逃关税
所以是名副其实的
不法之徒！

- snortbsd: by laws, the same is here (in the states), items for personal use (within a certain amount) don't pay import taxes. but commercial items, ie, those i呵呵，law is made by human beings. I remember America didn't have any tax laws a hundred years ago. hehe~~~then later, little by little, revision after revision, laws were made by elites and politicians. Are they speaking up for the people? Who knows, and who cares!
Laws can be changed and revised, so as the people.
People are not to create the law, but only obey the law. Laws are not for presiding people, but to constrain the people for whatever the government want the country to do.

- 黑山老猫: 哈哈哈, 德州龙还是不开窍啊. 20年前, 猫就听过关于中港台三地区别的顺口溜了:香港是官民,法律允许的可以做, 法律不允许的不可以做; 台湾是官民,法律允不允许都JP

- 大哥忘了，以前坐飞机根本没安检呀，现在要全面检查才能通过啦～
大哥忘了，以前汽油几毛钱呀，现在3，4块也能承受啦。
如果安检要全身x光才能通过，这是不是太crazy啦，把所有“民”都当恐怖分子对待呀！！！汽油要20块一加仑，大家准强烈抗议呀！
但如果安检先告诉你不能带这个，不能带那个，让你损失一点儿个人自由，你能为了这点儿小的个人自由而放弃乘飞机吗？那么再放弃一点儿呢？再放弃一点儿......到后来全身x光你也能接受了吧。
汽油20块太贵啦，5块的话，听起来比20块便宜多了，大家都能承受了吧。
