We use them from national defense to personal telephones, not to mention from medical, education, to business, everything you use today must have those things. - 好坏都得自己做！不是吗？自由市场的大众商品，人家说不卖，就不卖。人家是自由市场经济，还说你不是！给你选择了吗？没有。要用就得自己做！好坏自给自足。强权有自由；你，只能自给自足。要有记性，人家现在不卖，因为你不会；看你自己能做时又会贱卖来打败你，到时不要说自己做不如买人家的！不要用大练钢铁来说事。现在可是要解决产能过剩的问题。不会永远是暂时的。

Building up a complete semiconductor industry is the key to the success, and only the state has that power and capability to achieve the goal under the highly competitive international environment in a relatively short period of time. This is why China beats India in modernization of the country's industry and thus the economy; and this is still true before China really catches up the west.
