one suggstion: if you can, improve your knife cutting skills. your second picture does not look neatly organized because you failed to place the sliced ducks in orderly format. when you eat by yourselves, it does not matter how you chop off the duck. but if you intend to take a picture, try extra efforts to make your pictures beautiful.

- thanks. i am not a good cooker but i am good at chopping ducks and putting them orderly into the plate. :-) if i could be honored to join you, i would help you with that.
