据美国媒体报道，美国富国银行一些客户8月3日称他们无法提取自己账户的资金，或其账户中的资金消失不见了。一些客户因为无法及时使用账户中的资金进行支付而遭受损失。
4日，富国银行证实，由于技术故障，有部分客户确实无法看到他们账户上最近的存款交易，目前故障仍未完全得到解决，技术部门正在努力尽快解决。富国银行并没有说明故障发生的原因。
