如何应对“no internet connection”

整理文档，看到一年多前为帮助朋友处理“no internet connection”所写的一段文字。本想一删了之，想到也许有人会对此类 “how to”感兴趣，特意作为博文发给大家，希望能在某些时候起到一点帮助作用。谢谢。

How to fix the problem of no internet connection

The operating should have automatically installed the driver for internet connection already.  So you don’t need to install any driver for cable connection of internet connection. (For cordless connection, some computers need to install the driver.)

1)     Check the light next to the cable connection at the back of your computer. If there is no light, then there is no connection.

2)     Go control panel the network connection,   right click network connection, then enable network connection.

If still not work,

3)     Right click network connection property select internet protocol (TCP/IP) select obtain  an IP address automatically.

If still not work, maybe need to do something with your router:

4)     Start--> Run-->cmd, bring up the command prompt  (dos).  You type: ipconfid/all , enter, find the physical address (your computer’s address)

5)     In the other computer with internet connection, use your router IP address go to your router web page, check if your computer physical address is in your network filter of the router. If it is not there, you need add your computer physical address in it.
