即便是在中国的美国连锁西餐店,如Friday,也比美国的差不少。就拿牛排来说,美国的牛排,一分钱一分货,中国西餐店牛排说美国原材料,一吃就知道是国产货,牛肉的部位也不对,做工不精细。
众所周知,在美国的中国餐馆档次不高,卖不起好价钱,一份菜能卖个25USD, 已经相当不错了。在Chinatown,如NYC或者SF,就更便宜了!外卖、大排档更是低得吓人!今晚去的这家中餐馆,主人就不一样,来一个中餐西做。因为老美同事执意要来,不得已来了。一看菜单,傻眼了,整个一个全盘西化:瞧:
